1. Request for expansion of fitness center operating hours

: Due to low usage fees, it is difficult to expand operating hours (09:00~20:00) due to labor costs.

 

2. English version of administrative documents required

: Efforts are being made at the university level, but official documents are limited.

 

3. Libraries, book cafes, etc. are not friendly to English users and the reservation system needs an English version.

: The English version of the website is in operation, and the mobile app is also in English.

 

4. Travel period needs to be extended to visit home country.

: In case of visa issues, if prior approval is obtained, the travel period can be extended, but if labor expenses are paid, the travel period is limited to execute labor expenses, and this requires consultation with the research grant payment department.

 

5. Cricket ground required - reserved use of bus stop and playground

: Reservation system in operation through the Ministry of Sports

 

6. Proposal to provide school-supported health insurance

: A certain portion of the out-of-pocket expenses is compensated through the Student Medical Insurance Association, and there are no additional programs.

 

7. A room with cooking facilities is required in the dormitory. 

: Due to university policy, this is only possible in married quarters.

: Representative contact information for each country is uploaded to the College of Engineering website, and students are required to update this at their own discretion.
