2025 JBNU Day Event Notice (Faculty and Staff Deadline)
Through collaboration with Jeonbuk Hyundai FC, we will promote our university to local residents, boost the pride of our members, and enhance the status of JBNU
Please be advised of the following details regarding the 'JBNU Day' event. We encourage all faculty, staff, and students to participate.
1. Main Activities: Watching the game and cheering, etc.
2. Date & Time: October 18, 2025 (Sat) 2:00 PM ~ , * Suwon FC Match
3. Location: Jeonju World Cup Stadium
4. Participants: Approximately 2,000 (Faculty/Staff & Students)
- Students (including international students): 1,500, Faculty/Staff (including family): 500 (Faculty/Staff registration closes on a first-come, first-served basis)
5. Registration Method: Website Google Form (post and pop-up)
- Applications are separated for faculty/staff and students; please apply accordingly.
- International students should note that their respective departments (International Cooperation Division/Language Education Department) will handle their applications separately.
6 .Applicant Numbers
- Students: One person per application
- Faculty/Staff: Applicant + up to 3 accompanying persons
※ Admission tickets and cheering supplies are prepared based on the number of applicants. Absences without prior notice are strictly prohibited. Please apply carefully!
7. Application Period: 9/3 (Wed) 10:00 AM ~ 9/9 (Tue) 5:00 PM ※ Applications may close early, and applicants may be excluded from selection if the quota is filled during the application period.
※ Admission tickets and cheering supplies will be prepared based on the number of applicants. Unauthorized absence is strictly prohibited, so please apply carefully!
※ If duplicate entries are made using the same employee ID or student ID, only the final (last) entry will be recognized. Please note this!
8.Assembly & Transportation: October 18 (Sat) 11:30 AM / JBNU International Center ↔ Jeonju World Cup Stadium (Round-trip)
※ (Iksan) Specialized Campus Meeting Point: Bus Stop within the Campus
