1. Application form

2. Passport (copy)

3. Standard-sized photo (white background)

4. Certificate of tuition payment

5. Certificate of admission (standard format)

6. Certificate of enrollment (after semester begins)

7. Proof of residence (one of the following: official mail from a government office, rental contract, notification of stay expiration, utility bill receipt, or dormitory move-in confirmation).

※ If you are not living in a house directly under your name (e.g., staying at a friend’s place), you must submit a Residence/Accommodation Confirmation Form along with a copy of the provider's ID.

8. Fingerprint registration (After submitting your application, you must visit the immigration office on the scheduled date to complete fingerprinting in order to finalize the alien registration process.)
