Greetings,
We are the 23rd Student Council of the Department of Sports Science at Jeonbuk National University.

As we welcome the new academic year of 2026, we sincerely extend our greetings to all seniors, classmates, and juniors.

Our 23rd Student Council consists of:

• Student Council President: Im Tae-gyu (Class of 2022)

• Vice President: Kang Ji-in (Class of 2022)

• General Affairs Officer: Yoo Hyuk-jun (Class of 2023)

Each member brings diverse experiences and passion, and we promise to do our utmost for the development of our department.

President Im Tae-gyu
is a talented individual equipped with planning ability and drive, demonstrated through experience in startup support programs and awards in international startup competitions. He will exercise balanced leadership for the growth of the department and the welfare of students.

Vice President Kang Ji-in
has built responsibility and organizational skills through serving in the Army GOP unit, and has strengthened practical competencies through participation in startup programs and leadership within a club. He will take the lead in enhancing departmental interaction and enriching the culture of our community.

General Affairs Officer Yoo Hyuk-jun
has been closely engaged with members of the department through activities in the rehabilitation division and the departmental administrative office. With diligence and attentiveness, he will firmly support the practical foundations of student council operations.

The 23rd Student Council aims to build

We will strive to create a department that everyone can be proud of.
