2024학년도 2학기 수강취소기간 안내

- 수강취소 일정과 방법, 절차를 공지하오니 참고 바랍니다. -

1. 수강취소기간 : 2024. 9. 19.(목) 09:00 ~ 9. 23.(월) 18:00

2. 취소과목 : 학부 및 대학원 1과목 이내 수강 취소 가능

  - (학부생) 1~7학기 이수는 최소 6학점, 8학기 이상 이수자는 1학점 이상 수강신청 의무

  - 수강취소과목은 이월학점에서 제외

3. 취소방법 및 절차

  1) 포털로그인 > 오아시스3.0 > 원스탑 > 마이메뉴 > 수강관리 > 수강과목취소신청

  2) 수강취소과목 선택 후 취소 신청

  3) 수강최소과목 확인 탭에서 수강신청취소원 PDF 파일 내려받기 > 본인 서명 > 학과사무실 직접(대면) 제출

    ※ 9월 23일 월요일 18시까지 도착한 취소원에 한하여 승인처리 예정

1. Period : 2024. 9. 19.(Thu) 09:00 ~ 9. 23.(Mon) 18:00

2. Course : Students can drop only 1 course

  - (Undergraduate Mandatory) 1 to 7 semesters minimum of 6 credits, 8 semesters or more at least 1 credit

  - Courses dropped will be excluded from the credits carried over

3. How to

  1) Log-in to JBNU portal > OASIS 3.0 > ONE-STOP > My menu > Course Register > Course Drop Application

  2) Select the the course you wish to drop

  3) Download the document in the print tab > Fill the signature > Submit to SIS Office in person

    ※ Only cancellation requests received by 6 PM on Monday, September 23, will be processed for approval
