Department of Rural Construction Engineering
Since its establishment in December 1975, the Department of Agricultural Engineering at Jeonbuk National University has been dedicated to advancing education and research in the broad field of regional construction and agricultural engineering. Our curriculum integrates both theory and practice in areas such as agricultural hydrology, agricultural structures, rural planning, and rural environmental management. Through an engineering-based approach, we aim to cultivate highly skilled professionals equipped to contribute to land reclamation and improvement, rural development, agricultural and fisheries infrastructure, and environmental enhancement in rural communities.
Graduates of our department are now playing leading roles across all areas of regional and rural infrastructure development. For individuals with genuine passion and ambition, our department provides the ideal environment to realize their dreams.
