Glocal Science & Technology Policy(Administering Department : Department of Science Studies)

Educational Objectives

To cultivate glocal science and technology policy professionals who can proactively respond to rapidly changing scientific, technological, and societal environments.

To foster specialized human resources equipped with integrated thinking and problem-solving skills that transcend science, technology, and society through the operation of an interdisciplinary curriculum.

To form a Glocal Science and Technology Policy research group and take a leading role in related education and research at the national level.

Completion Requirements

Requirements for Completing the Glocal Science and Technology Policy Interdisciplinary Major

- Completion of 36 or more credits in major courses.

- Up to 12 credits may be double-counted with the student’s primary major.

How to Complete the Glocal Science and Technology Policy Interdisciplinary Major (Minor)

- Students who discontinue a double major, interdisciplinary major, or convergence major may apply for this minor by submitting the “Application Form for Minor by Students Who Discontinued a Double Major” during the designated application period.

Interdisciplinary Major (Minor):

Completion of 21 credits is required, with up to 9 credits allowed to be double-counted with the primary major.
