Introduction
Our lab. is mainly carrying out research on the aerodynamic design and analysis of rotary wing, prediction of noise from rotating blade, and analysis of flow-induced vibration. Research for rotary wing includes : aerodynamic design and noise analysis of helicopter, wind turbine blade, submarine propeller, and industrial fan.
Research for flow-induced vibration includes : stability analysis of SG tube, FIV in powerplant due to unsteady flow, analysis of fluid-elastic instability, and SG tube wear due to turbulence excitation.
