The “Sports Event Preparation and Operations” special lecture covered the entire process of how actual sports events proceed, from the planning stage through on-site operations to post-event cleanup.
It examined essential practical elements—such as setting event objectives, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, managing partner organizations and participants, promotional strategies, and safety/risk management—through case studies, sharing operational know-how immediately applicable in the field.
This provided students with an opportunity to understand the structure of sports event management and develop systematic preparation and on-site response capabilities.
