Lesson period

• Each Degree by the process more than 2 years respectively

Reduction of Lesson Period

• Possible Reduction period: 6 months in the course of Bachelor's degree program Eligible student
  • President-approved undergraduate student who had completed 9 credit hours of master's degree program and entered master's degree program and attained completion credit hours
  • President-approved graduate student who had completed 12 credit hours of phD program and entered phD program and attained completion credit hours
  • Student who attained completion credit hours and GPA over 95
• Qualifications for higher degree course
  • Undergraduate student: must complete more than 6 semesters & have GPA over 85
  • Graduate student: must complete more than 3 semester

Attendance period

• Each Degree by the process more than 2 years respectively

Reduction of Lesson Period

• May not exceed two times the lesson period. but the doctoral degree program can not exceed 5years
• Readmission student sum up total period

Acquired credit per semester

• Available Up to 12 credits each semester
• If already acquired necessary credits of Process to completion, the lecture application can be replaced by thesis research

Department (Major) of the Course Title

• Can acquire necessary credits of up to 50%

Completion of credits in domestic other university

• Acquire president's approval and within 6 credits per semester
• Total acquisition credits
  • Master's degree: 12 credits
  • Doctoral degree: 18 credits

Foreign student's completion of credit

• Can complete by acquiring president's approval
• Total possible credits
  • Master's degree: 12 credits
  • Doctoral degree: 18 credits
• Foreign study periods include Lesson Term but if it is not foreign study for acquiring credits, process treatment of absence

Completion of the recognition

• Completion credits
  • Master's degree course: more than 24 credits (except acquired extra credit)
  • Docter's degree course : more than 36 credits (except acquired extra credit) Average score : more than 80
• Tuition payment : Pay each semester corresponding lesson period

Requirements of degree

• Someone complete 24 credits (36 credits for Ph.D.) and the average score is more than 80
• Someone pay each semester corresponding lesson period
• Someone pass the Foreign & Comprehensive exam
• Someone pass the thesis review receiving advisor's recommendation

Foreign Language & Comprehensive Test

• Qualification of application
  • Foreign Language Test : Students who acquired 12 major credits
  • Comprehensive Test : Students who acquired the completion credits

Application season

• The every first decade of February & August

Examination season

• The every first decade of March & September

Examination subjects

• Master course : English (If foreigner can choose korean language) with more than 4 major subjects
• Doctor's course : English (If foreigner can choose korean language), 2nd foreign language
  (Choose one language within German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Espanol, Chinese letter), more than 6 major subjects

Pass standard

• Master course : English more than 60, Major more than 140
• doctor's course : English & 2nd foreign language : more than 70, Major : more than 210

Pass validity

• Master course : 6 years
• Doctor's course : 8 years

Exemption of foreign language exam

• 1. Eligibility
  • Acquired standard score from official language test
  • Acquired excellent score at graduation admission english exam
  • In case of foreigner complete the korean language study course by passing excellent score
