2025 Academic Year Spring Semester Graduate Schools Master's andDoctoral Thesis Defense Schedule

 

1. Thesis Review ApplicationMethod: Submit via Oasis ( scan all review application files into a single document and attach it), thensubmit the original application form to the 5th floor ofthe University Administration Annex.

 

❍ Things to keep in mind when applying for a paper review

1 ) The originalcan be submitted duringthe application period from 9:00 to 17:00(excludinglunch hoursfrom 12:00 to 13:00)(located on the 5th floor ofthe JBNU Main Campus Annexand the 5th floor of the JBNU Branch of Jeonbuk Bank)

 When uploadinga thesis(200%) to Oasis (only for doctoral students), upload onlythe page that includesthe author's name, publication date, and journal name (large files cannot be uploaded).

After uploading the application documents to Oasis, be sure to click the "Save " button.

* When filling out the application form,do not use correction tape.

 

2 . Application for paper review and reviewschedule

※ Applicants who requested an extension for last semester's (July 2025) review must resubmit the review fee and provide the receipt to the Graduate School Innovation Department. ( Failure to pay within the application period will result in disqualification.)

3. Notes on the examination

❍ Under the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, it is not allowed to provide any expenses other than the paper review fee (refreshments, meals, transportation, accommodation, etc.).

❍ Exclusion of judges in the case of immediate family members (immediate family members of the spouse) or relatives within the fourth degree of kinship of the candidate for the thesis review
