Eligibility requirements
Foreign Language (general English or discipline-specific English)/second foreign language exam
- Master’s programs
Current students: Students who earned at least 12 credits of major courses at the end of the 2nd semester of the 2018 school year (excluding credits of prerequisite courses and courses taken before transferring to this Graduate School)
Students having completed their programs: No minimum credit point requirement
※ A student who passed the exam but completed the program 6 or more years ago should re-apply for the exam.
※ A student on a leave of absence is ineligible to apply for the exam. (But, a student planning to return to school may apply for the exam at his/her college.) - Doctoral programs (The Second foreign language exam applies to students of four departments only, as shown in the below table.)
Current students: Students who earned at least 12 credits of major courses at the end of the 2nd semester of the 2018 school year (excluding credits of prerequisite courses and courses taken before transferring to this University)

Students having completed their programs: No minimum credit point requirement
