Division of Bioresource System Agricultural Engineering Major
Agricultural Engineering covers a wide range of studies including farm land construction for farm land development enlargement conservation, agricultural water utilization for irrigation water development water use and management, agricultural facillities for farm building and design and construction of agricultural structures, rural environments and planning for living environment improvement and water conservation. this major aims at training and cultivating the men of ability to solve the engineering problems in rural and biological environmets.
The study areas of the Agricultural Engineering Major are classified largely into two study branches : agricultural water resource and land reclamation branch, and agricultural facility and structure branch. The first branch consists of irrigation and drainage, etc. The other branch consists of farm production facilities, soil construction materials, construction engineering, computer applications to agricultural engineering, and so on.
