Libraries

The Chonbuk National University Library(CNUL) consists of the Central Library, the Central Auxiliary Library, Study Library, the Law Library and the Medical Library. Also, it holds an impressive collection of 900,000 volumes, 8,000 periodicals and other materials. The library is fully prepared to meet the demands of the information age through cutting-edge academic information systems and through various domestic and foreign academic databases(e-journals, on-line databases, CD-ROMs, etc.) ; all of which brings us closer to becoming an increasingly digital library. Also, in cooperation with other university libraries and research institutions, CNUL is trying to expand the academic information available for access in order to aid in academic research and for the study needs of the university community.
